Hi There! I’m Jennifer. A few tidbits about me:

I’m an American journalist, casual poet, and curious traveler.

Acquaintances describe me as “that writer who dresses well.” A colleague once proclaimed me “irrepressible” on LinkedIn. (Thanks, Holden!) Being irrepressible is one of the most important qualities we can have as journalists, writers or artists. We’re all dancing on a highwire without a net. But we forge ahead because the show must go on. And the truth matters! Storytelling, specifically the power of the written word, is why I love what I do. In the words of Robert McKee: “Storytelling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world today.” 

So, my life is organized around reading and writing. Thus far, my main characters are real-life heroes who break down boundaries, cross rubicons and build lasting change in the travel industry. My decade spent interviewing top business leaders, chefs, designers and artists has helped me shape well-informed analysis on the future of travel.

Collectively, their stories help me gain a deeper understanding of where we’re headed, and why. To share this directly with readers, I’ve launched a new future-of-travel Substack called: Take Me With You!
